Terms of Service
Effective August 28, 2026
These terms describe the rules for using Aylow and its collaboration, AI, and calendar features.
Using Aylow
You may use Aylow for lawful personal and professional organization, communication, and collaboration. You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for activity performed through your account.
Your content
You keep responsibility for the content you create, upload, or share. You give Aylow the limited permission needed to store, process, display, synchronize, and transmit that content so the requested features can operate. Make sure you have the right to share content with Aylow and with other users or workspace members.
Acceptable use
Do not use Aylow to break the law, harm or harass others, distribute malware, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, scrape accounts, send spam, impersonate others, or upload content that violates another person's rights. Aylow may restrict or remove access when necessary to protect users or the service.
Community safety
The Community Guidelines form part of these terms. Aylow may review reports, remove content, restrict contact, preserve relevant evidence, or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these terms. You may appeal an enforcement decision through the contact route in the Community Guidelines.
Workspaces and messages
Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for membership, permissions, and shared content. Information added to a workspace can be visible to its members. Messages and invitations must respect each recipient's privacy and communication settings.
AI features
AI output can be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed before you rely on it. You remain responsible for decisions and actions taken from AI suggestions. Aylow's personal assistant may act only within the supported areas of your account, while workspace assistants operate within their workspace context and permissions.
Google Calendar
Connecting Google Calendar is optional. If connected, Aylow can read and manage events as described on the consent screen and in the Privacy Policy. You can disconnect the integration at any time. Your use of Google services also remains subject to Google's applicable terms.
Service changes and availability
Aylow may add, change, suspend, or remove features as the product develops. The service is provided without a promise that it will always be available or error-free. Important information should not rely on Aylow as its only copy.
Account suspension and deletion
You can delete your account through Aylow, subject to resolving ownership of shared workspaces. Aylow may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly violate these terms, create security risks, or misuse the service.
Paid features
If Aylow introduces paid plans, the price, billing period, renewal terms, trial conditions, included features, cancellation method, and any refund rights will be shown before purchase. Store-billed purchases are also governed by the applicable app store's billing terms. Paid features are not offered until those disclosures and entitlement controls are active.
Age
You must be at least 16 to create an Aylow account. If local law requires a higher age to consent to online services, you must meet that age or have valid permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Responsibility
To the extent allowed by applicable law, Aylow is provided as available and is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses caused by service interruptions, user content, third-party services, or reliance on AI output. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable consumer law does not allow to be waived.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as Aylow changes. The effective date will be updated when a new version is published. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
