Refund Policy
Effective September 1, 2026
Cancel at any time
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal and paid access continues through the current billing period unless the billing provider states otherwise. Cancelling does not automatically refund time already used.
Web purchases
Paddle is the merchant of record for purchases made through Aylow web checkout. Refunds, statutory withdrawal rights, and payment disputes are handled under Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.
When a refund may apply
Contact us promptly if you were charged more than once, could not access the paid service because of a persistent technical defect, or believe a charge was unauthorized. We will investigate and, when appropriate, ask Paddle to issue the refund. Fraud or refund abuse may be refused.
App-store purchases
Google Play and Apple App Store purchases are billed and refunded by the applicable store. Use the store's purchase history or support process to request a refund.
Trials and renewals
Plus and Pro include a seven-day trial when shown at checkout. A payment method is required. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
