Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Aylow account from the web app or Android app. This is not a deactivation.

Delete it yourself

  1. Sign in to Aylow.
  2. Open Settings and scroll to Delete account.
  3. Review what will be removed, enter your username, and confirm.

If you are the only owner of a shared workspace with other members, transfer ownership or delete that workspace first so another person’s shared work is not erased.

What is deleted

Your account, profile, private productivity content, personal AI conversations, device sessions, notification registrations, and directly associated personal records are deleted. Content that must remain for other members of a shared workspace may be retained without your account identity where the product supports that separation. Limited records may also be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or dispute handling.

Need help?

If you cannot access the account, email privacy@aylow.com from the account email. For general help, contact support@aylow.com. Identity must be verified before Aylow can act on an emailed deletion request.
